Villa Escondida is a traditional seaside house, fully renovated in 2024 to offer modern comfort while preserving its original soul and local character. A true haven of peace, the villa is located just 4 km from Carboneras and enjoys open views over the beach, within the protected landscape of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park. This is a place to pause, breathe, and simply enjoy.

The Space

The villa is organised around a charming Andalusian courtyard, with all rooms opening onto this central patio, creating an intimate, light-filled atmosphere. The property offers 6 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, reversible air conditioning and ceiling fan, making it ideal for families or groups of friends at any time of year.

Every season reveals a different side of Villa Escondida:long summer days by the pool, mild spring and autumn evenings on the terraces, and in winter, the rare pleasure of curling up by the fireplace with a hot drink while gazing out at the sea.

Living & Dining Area – Sea Views (60 m²)

A spacious and welcoming living-dining room with fireplace and spectacular Mediterranean views, designed for relaxed gatherings, long meals and unhurried moments facing the sea.

Kitchen with Sea Views (20 m²)

Fully equipped, the kitchen allows you to prepare meals while enjoying uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean.

Private Pool & Outdoor Areas

The villa features a private swimming pool, surrounded by vegetation and connected to a 130 m² terrace with beautiful sea views. An ideal space to relax, unwind and share special moments with family or friends.The pool is covered from early November until the end of March.

The house is surrounded by several panoramic terraces, including shaded areas under a pergola for outdoor dining. Each space offers a different atmosphere depending on the light, the breeze or simply your mood: the main terrace, the pool area, the garden or quieter corners of the property.

Heating & Air Conditioning

• Bedrooms: reversible air conditioning (heating and cooling).

• Living area: fireplace, radiator and three large ceiling fans.

Connectivity

Located within the Natural Park, the villa does not have fibre-optic internet or mobile network coverage. Guests can stay connected via satellite Wi-Fi, suitable for messaging apps and internet-based calls (please note this is not a high-speed connection).
